4. AI-Generated Content & Data Usage

4.1 Dictionary Data Usage

Important Notice: When you use the word lookup feature, we store the words you query and their AI-generated analysis results (including definitions, example sentences, conjugations, etc.) in our dictionary.

This data will:

• Be stored separately from your personal identity information
• Be used to provide faster and more accurate query results for all users
• Help us continuously improve and expand dictionary content
• Not contain any personally identifiable information

By using our word lookup service, you agree to our collection and use of this data as described above.

4.2 Text-to-Speech (TTS) Audio Generation

When you use our text-to-speech functionality:

• Storage: Generated audio files are stored in our secure cloud storage (Supabase) and associated with your account
• Access control: Audio files are accessed through temporary signed URLs to ensure privacy
• Retention: Audio files may be retained for service functionality and may be deleted as part of our data retention policies
• AI-generated nature: All audio generated through our TTS service is AI-generated synthetic content, not recordings of real individuals

Important: You are responsible for ensuring that any text you submit for TTS generation complies with our Terms of Service and applicable laws. We do not review or pre-approve the content you generate.

4.3 Content Moderation & Review

To prevent misuse and ensure compliance:

• We may review generated content, including audio files, for compliance with our Terms of Service
• We may use automated systems and manual review to detect prohibited uses
• We may suspend or remove content that violates our terms
• We may share information with law enforcement when required by law or to prevent illegal activity

By using our services, you consent to this review and moderation process.

5. Data Storage & Security

• Audio files accessed through temporary signed URLs to ensure privacy

Data is stored on Supabase cloud services in secure data centers and complies with industry-standard security practices.

AI Service Providers: When you use our TTS functionality, your text input is processed by ElevenLabs to generate audio. ElevenLabs may process your data according to their privacy policy. We do not control how third-party AI services handle your data, but we select providers that maintain industry-standard security practices.

Our service is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
